Inadequate staff supervision is often highlighted by Ofsted. Our Safeguarding Supervision ensures your staff are properly supported so their work is safe and effective for them and the children in their care.

What you will receive:
• Highly trained supervisors with a depth of safeguarding practice backgrounds and a good understanding of the role of the DSL.
• Supervisors that are matched to your supervisee(s) and organisation with pre-agreed ring-fenced time.
• Choice of both individual and group supervision, with optional emergency call off time as required.
• A supervision agreement between the supervisor and supervisee(s) which underpins the relationship with all those involved.
• Formal written record created by the supervisor agreed with supervisee(s) with sections that can be lifted out for and copied to individual children’s files as required.
